Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Officer based in Tripoli. The Technical Officer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing technical equipment and systems, as well as providing technical support to customers. The Technical Officer will also be required to document technical problems and solutions, and stay current with new industry trends and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mentality.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as Microsoft Windows and Office, networking protocols, and server technologies.
• Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy, as well as an understanding of relevant regulations.
English language written and spoken
