Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Student Abroad Advisor to join our team at Sinbad for Travel and Education Service. This role will involve providing advice and assistance to students looking to study abroad, including admissions to universities, language courses, and helping them to make the best decisions for their studies.

Responsibilities:

• Advise students on the best universities, language courses, and other opportunities available to them
• Assist with university and language course applications
• Provide information and advice on the best options for students
• Research and evaluate different universities and language courses
• Contact universities and language courses to discuss admission requirements
• Liaise with students, universities, and language courses to ensure all requirements are met
• Keep detailed records of student applications, admissions, and progress
• Monitor student progress and provide support
• Respond to student inquiries and provide advice and guidance
• Assist the VISA department if needed.
• Learn and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of student services.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (Preferable)
• Knowledge of university and language course admissions processes and ability to learn the process.
• Good research and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required and other relevant languages is a plus.
• Good skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with the latest developments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of visa application processes
• Experience in the field of international student services
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
