GENERAL ACTIVITIES
Operations
- Performs daily work activity and repairs of Mechanical equipment
- Assistance FOREMAN in management of MECHANICAL JUNIOR, scheduling and recording
of inspections and maintenance operations. - Assist specialists working under specific contract (for example Major Overhaul of Gas/Diesel Generators .)
- Ensures that all mechanic spare parts are correctly stored
- Performing the weekly test of mechanical part, Emergency Diesel Generator,
- Emergency Starting Air Compressor, Fire Fighting Pumps, all as per procedures
Maintenance
- Following Maintenance procedures in place:
- Visually checks the condition of equipment (Accommodation / Engine Room & Process)
- Performs Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 maintenance on the equipment
- Visually inspect the safety equipment and reports any anomaly
- Maintenance / overhaul of small & medium rotating and reciprocating equipment,
pipelines, valves & vessels - Light / basic mechanical construction (Light piping work, welding, etc.)
- Able to work independently in the workshop with a welding, lathe machine, milling, grinding machines & other cutting and electrical tools.
- Use of pressure relief valve testing bench
- Handling & Maintenance of crane
Helicopter Operation - Performs duties as fire fighter during Helicopter Operations
Qualifications
- Technical mechanical background and education
- 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical maintenance environment
- Fluency in English
