Location: Tajura, Tripoli, Libya (Auction site, Company HQ)

This is a full-time onsite role for a Social Medias specialist at THE CASTLE AUCTIONS located in Tripoli.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop engaging posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, Create visuals to accompany posts.

Strategy Development:
Work with the marketing team to plan social media campaigns,
Keep an eye on industry trends to improve our strategy
Community Engagement
Respond to comments and messages on social media.

Analytics:
Track social media performance and prepare reports.
Use insights to improve future campaigns.

Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns
Work with the marketing team to build relationships with followers and influencers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
  Communications, or related field.
• Experience in social media management is a plus.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.
