  • Participate in projects planning and site surveys phases including feed free hand sketches, degasing and data collections.
  • Oversee day to day operations of site team ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
  • Manpower and material assessments and participate in look ahead planning.
  • Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and another emergency equipment
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
  • Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
  • Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires
  • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
  • Leading site teams .

  • Schedule, control and monitor all work, manpower and materials on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in company assets maintenance programs.
  • Ensure all work is completed .
  • Liaise with Clients/Site Manager/QAQC/HSE supervisor, and other relevant regarding work preparations, requirements, plans, cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
  • Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the Company’s Policy and in compliance with OHSAS 18001 management system.
  • Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001and ISO 14001.
  • Create and maintain good relations with clients, project team and 3rd parties as well as any other stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of own activity related to projects to enable traceability.
  • Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimization and Management policy.
  • Fulfil company requirements undertaking all team in house training and development activities as required.
  • Continually develop knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products to enhance the business and fulfil company requirements.
  • Contribute to the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Any other tasks to be assigned to him by his direct manager.
