OBJECTIVES OF JOB
The main purpose of this job is to provide administrative support to the Legal Department.
legal Assistant must be quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assistance and administrative support for Legal Department. This includes typing, photocopying, faxing, emailing and other office support activities as required.
- Answer incoming calls and schedule a daily list of calls on behalf of Legal Department.
- Call and organize Internal Legal Department meetings when requested.
- Classification, sorting, filling, scanning, copying, archiving and retrieval of all documents such as contracts, agreements and all documents needed.
- Prepare department’s letters, memorandums, and transmittals.
- Maintain of appropriate records of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- All other duties assigned within capability.
- Report to Legal Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate.
- Secretarial qualification in English would be preferred.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Applicants must have Office Administration experience of 3 years.
- Applicants must have held an Executive Secretary position in the past or legal background.
Skills
- Applicants must be able to write/dictate and type in both Arabic & English languages.
- Applicants must have experience in Document Controlling.
- IT – Excel, Word, and Power point
- Applicants must have Administration experience.
- Organization and Time Management skills are required.

- Well organized: Able to plan and schedule, paying attention to all important details.
