Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at TIKA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Managing relationships with existing clients and reaching out to new customers to expand the client base.
  • Negotiating and successfully closing deals with companies, contractors, and construction material distributors.
  • Conducting regular field visits to potential customers and contributing to brand awareness.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions based on available products.
  • Preparing periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as marketing and technical support to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

✅ Experience:

  • Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or paints.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and customer needs in the construction sector.

✅ Personal & Professional Skills:

  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and effectively organize appointments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills.
  • Good command of English language basics.

✅ General Requirements:

  • Full-time availability.
  • Age should not exceed 35 years.
  • Must own a personal vehicle due to the nature of fieldwork.
