Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at TIKA, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Managing relationships with existing clients and reaching out to new customers to expand the client base.
Negotiating and successfully closing deals with companies, contractors, and construction material distributors.
Conducting regular field visits to potential customers and contributing to brand awareness.
Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions based on available products.
Preparing periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
Coordinating with internal departments such as marketing and technical support to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

✅ Experience:

Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or paints.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer needs in the construction sector.

✅ Personal & Professional Skills:

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and effectively organize appointments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills.
Good command of English language basics.

✅ General Requirements:

Full-time availability.
Age should not exceed 35 years.
Must own a personal vehicle due to the nature of fieldwork.
