The Operation Support Agent is responsible for providing support to operations managers and other departments to improve operational sales efficiency, reduce costs, and increase merchant satisfaction. This includes managing and tracking operations Sales data, investigating and resolving operational Merchant problems, identifying and implementing operational  Sales improvements, coordinating with the his department to support Sales operations systems and applications, providing technical support to Sales operations staff, and generating and maintaining sales  operational reports. 

Activate new POS systems and train Merchants service representatives on how to use them Manage and track operations data

• Resolve POS  issues that they are directed to.
• Visit non-performing Merchants  according to the reports sent to them.
• Support VAS, & LYD teams on their issues.
