About the Role
This is a hands-on, supervisory-level position where you will play a key role in managing our daily marketing activities and customer interactions. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities on the hotel’s social media accounts, including content control and engagement.
Prepare and present timely marketing and activity reports.
Continuously update the customer data base.
Participate in business negotiations, cooperations, partnering business activities.
Handle customer inquiries related to room availability, pricing, and general services.
Manage and update the hotel’s Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms.
Coordinate with customers regarding event requests, ensuring smooth execution.
Collaborate closely with our outsourced marketing company to implement campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Academic background or previous experience in Sales and/or Marketing is desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A customer-first attitude and attention to detail.
