Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be an essential part of the Eastern Libya Decorative Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to grow Jotun’s market share and revenue within the decorative paints and coatings market. This role includes managing dealer relationships, facilitating their growth, ensuring their stores meet Jotun’s updated standards, working on projects in your territory, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee designated dealers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet targets and that their stores are transformed to meet Jotun standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, empowering distributors with training, product insights, and robust sales support.
  • Ensure that assigned dealers hit their quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Public and Private Sectors between Project Owners, Developers, contractors, painters and interior designers to strengthen Jotun’s market footprint.
  • Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline, focusing on significant projects in your region coordinating closely with the projects team
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with the marketing team to spotlight Jotun’s offerings.
  • Be the primary contact for distributors, addressing order management, feedback, and opportunity identification.
  • Monitor timely deliveries, manage collections, and oversee payment processes.
  • Organize training for dealer staff and provide product updates.
  • Regularly report on progress and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A University degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Real Estate, Development, or Construction sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of paint, real estate, or construction markets is beneficial but not required

Skills & Competencies:

– Expertise in building relationships and negotiation.

– Professional verbal and written proficiency in English and Arabic.

– Exceptional organizational and strategic planning abilities.

– Strong communication and presentation skills.

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
