Sales Executive ( Benghazi )

We are Almumtaz for import of paints & equipment (Jotun paints agent) looking for a new salesman to join our team.

Job Description

• Plan and perform daily sales visits and sales activities to maintain good relationships and service with existing dealers and to attend to customers’ complaints.
• Establish potential multicolor centers according to distribution strategy.
• Promote products to painters, architects, and owners.
• Follow up and report competitors’ activities regularly.
• Make sure that all shops are following and meeting the updated Jotun shop standardization manual.
• Handling all dealer complaints and assessing their challenges and providing solutions that is aligned with Jotun policies.
• Assisting dealers to have their targeted budget achieved by advising how the right product mix and coaching sales counters to have the right customer approach.
• Building and strengthening relations with painters in the assigned territory.
• Arranging and conducting paint academies regularly in the assigned territory and when new products are launched.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree
2. Very good English (writing, reading)
3. IT skills (MS Office Kit)
4. Not to be over 33 years old
