Oil & Gas services Co. Looking to recruit Sales Engineer
Key Activities :
Contract Follow up :
- Follows up on monthly maintenance invoicing, installation report tickets with clients.
- Handles daily, weekly, monthly running ESP status monitoring and sends performance reports/ dashboard reports to clients.
- Follow sales plan for current year and prepare the next year sales plan
- Arrange with the concerned departments in order of achieving the sales figures.
- Prepare monthly sales report and highlight the deviation reasons and suggest recovery plan
Contract Follow up :
- Monitors consumption levels of ESP systems spare parts to avoid shortages and communicates replenishment requests to Inventory Controller.
- Conducts monthly inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies amongst actual vs. system indicated consumable parts.
Field Operations Management :
- Visits with clients periodically to understand and respond to their ESP systems application specs/ requirements and coordinates internal efforts to meet such demands.
- Monitors daily ESP and well status, collets monthly well data from ESP monitoring tool and analyse data to check ESP performance.
Quality and Safety Management :
- Takes corrective actions against HSE non-conformity.
- Communicates any safety concerns to clients.
Money Collection from the clients :
- Preparing customer financial statements and Ongoing debt collection monitoring
Knowledge and Experience
4-8 years of experience in ESP sales and maintenance operations is required :
- Previous ESP applications, troubleshooting, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning experience is required
- Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is required
- Previous Oil and Gas upstream processes’ experience is required
- Previous experiences in sales modules.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Electrical or Petroleum
