Duties and Responsibilities:

Products Registration          

– Submit product files to the MoH from the moment we receive them from the supplier

– Follow up with the product registration office at the MoH on the progress of the registration process or if any additional documents are needed to complete the registration process

– Follow-up with suppliers regarding documents related to products that planned to be registered in the MoH

– Maintain updated data in information systems

Site Registration                                                                                          

– Submit site documents to the MoH from the moment we receive them from the supplier.

– Follow up with the site registration office at the MoH on the progress of the registration process or if any additional documents are needed to complete the registration process

– Follow-up with suppliers regarding documents related to sites that planned to be registered in the MOH

– Maintain updated data in information systems

Registration in the Ministry of Economy                                                                    

– Follow-up with suppliers regarding documents that are required for commercial agent’s registration in MoE.

– Follow up periodically with the commercial agent’s registration officer at the MOE on the progress of the registration process or if any additional documents are needed to complete the registration process

– Maintain updated data in information systems

Work Experience:

• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in the regulatory procedures of MOH is strongly preferred
