We are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and implementing effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruitment – Oversee end-to-end hiring, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing – Develop strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screening & Interviews – Review resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Compliance & Reporting – Ensure legal compliance and maintain recruitment data.
- Collaboration – Work with payroll and department managers for smooth hiring.
- Workforce Planning – Align hiring with business needs and conduct store visits.
- Industry Trends – Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and match them with the right roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Fluent English and good communication and computer skills.
Location: Alshaat Road, Tripoli, Libya
Job Type: Full-Time from Saturday to Thursday
