General purpose of the job :
Receiving the company’s visitors and directing customer and visitor services to reflect a good image of the company, while maintaining the confidentiality of information.
Main tasks and responsibilities assigned to him :
- Commitment to the work policies stipulated in all the administrative regulations approved in the company.
- Receiving customer communications, transferring and dealing with them in a way that strengthens the relationship of the company’s customers and employees.
- Receiving clients in a professional manner and directing them as appropriate.
- Assisting the Human Resources Department and the secretariat with administrative work (printing – fax – photocopying).
- Supervising the preparation of the meeting place and providing its hospitality and services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the workplace.
- Communicate with the institution’s security guards by verifying the identity of visitors, and issuing permits for them.
- Follow up on the issued laws and decisions related to the company’s activity.
- Activate the requirements of the company’s articles of association with regard to the work entrusted to it.
Skills and Abilities :
- communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer programs (Office programs).
- Discipline in working hours.
- Good looking and tactful in conversation.
Job Requirements :
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least two years experience in reception and secretarial field.
- Arabic and English language.
