Job Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and promote the company’s construction and real estate projects. This role requires someone who can blend creativity with strategy and has a deep understanding of both the construction industry and real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content including photos, videos, infographics, and blog posts that showcase construction projects, real estate developments, and industry news.
- Write clear, persuasive copy that highlights company projects, services, and real estate investment opportunities.
- Provide informative and creative presentations to be presented for clints and other audience.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong online presence by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and initiating conversations.
- Monitor social media and other sort of media activity.
- Develop relationships with influencers, clients, and partners to enhance brand exposure and credibility.
- Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with other marketing strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Brand Consistency & Growth:
- Ensure all social media content reflects the company’s brand voice, values, and messaging.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social platforms, and best practices to consistently improve social media strategy and tactics.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to monitor social media metrics, audience growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide monthly reports on social media performance and insights to management.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to continually improve online presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media professional platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to provide professional presentations for our projects on Power Point.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the construction and real estate industries is highly preferred.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video production/editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to create and manage paid social media campaigns.
