Main Responsabilités المهام الرئيسية
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and controlling projects.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices and quality assurance policies.
• Interact on a daily basis with clients to explain their needs and requirements.
• Quality control, performance standards and specifications required by the project.
• Follow up on work, budget, schedule, plans and staff performance and report regularly on project status.
• Defining and distributing responsibilities to the work team within the project.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and various departments to provide assistance and technical support.
• Follow up on achievements and set delivery dates. • اعداد وجدولة وتنسيق ومراقبة المشاريع.
• التفاعل بشكل يومي مع العملاء لتفسير احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم.
• مراقبة الجودة ومعايير الأداء والمواصفات المطلوبة من المشروع.
• متابعة العمل والميزانية والجدول الزمني والخطط وأداء الموظفين وتقديم تقرير بانتظام عن حالة المشروع.
• تحديد وتوزيع المسؤوليات على فريق العمل داخل المشروع.
• التعاون والتواصل مع مدير المشروع والإدارات المختلفة لتقديم المساعدة والدعم الفني.
• متابعة الإنجازات وتحديد مواعيد التسليم.

Required Skills مؤهلات شغل الوظيفة
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or training courses related to project management بكالوريوس إدارة اعمال او دورات تدريبية فيما يخص إدارة المشاريع
