Job Description
- PMC assistant will report directly to Head of PMC Department
- His/Her job will be supporting PMC department in finishing all admin work/reporting.
- Using company systems to finish all administration work with our clients
- Keeping archive all admin work and documentation
- Keep tracking with different company departments to finish administration and payment documentations with our clients.
- Preparing presentation as requested
- Follow emails and meeting schedules
- Keeping track of all active projects and their performance
- Having meetings with company`s clients as needed incase Head of PMC is unavailable
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes of meeting and keep tracking important matters with different departments as necessary
- Any other admin requested made by Head of HR
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any related field of administrative work/finical .
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office package apps
- Knowledge of using any finical systems or project systems is a bonus
- Expert knowledge in using excel and keep tracking big data is a bonus
- Speaking/Writing/Reading/Typing in Arabic and English
- Knowledge in preparing simple presentations
- Expert knowledge admirative work.
