Project Manager

Job Description:

• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Responsible to identify the resources within and outside the company via tools like Internal Jobs and External agencies
• Should have regular meetings with client, to understand and communicate the progress at work
• Need to understand, visualize and draft the outline of the project
• Should be aware and introduce the latest technical advancement in the industry at the most competitive price
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
•   Should be a team player along with excellent leadership skills.
• Should have good idea about the brand he is working on and he should be able to resource a suitable brand ambassador for the project.
• Must understand the technology of the medium (TV, web, radio and print) he is working with.
• The completion of a project is a sole responsibility of the manager so one should be able to meet the deadlines

Qualification & Key Capabilities:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration -related field,
• 2-3 years of experience as a project manager in Media industry-related projects
• Hold Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Excellent communication Skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is an essential
• Excellent Problem-Solving
• Leadership
