Summary:
The Project wireless network engineers is responsible for the company wireless network architecture coverage, network
coverage expansion, enhancement and performance, radio network design and connectivity with subscribers and partners.
The Wireless Network choice of the right network hardware for the radio part, base parts and the MW transmission parts
including but not limited to antennas, BTS’s, routers, Central Room BSC, MGW, etc. and all relative equipment to signalling
and data for the mobile broad band network.
Ensuring all of these technology works together seamlessly and smoothly to provide a high-performance and the best user
experience KPI’s.
A Wireless Network Engineer duties includes design, supervision, installing, configuring and maintaining wireless network
equipment, network management and security fallowing the international IOT, IEE, ICT,3GPP standards and the industry best
practices for implementing high-density wireless solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Devise, plan, deploy, and improve wireless networks to implementation by collaborating with vendors, managers, and
network engineers.
• Responsibility for the products and solutions as well as technical support in the field of radio access network.
• Design and implement WI-FI and NR -radio wireless networks.
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols including all standards of 802:11a/b/g/N/A.c and supporting protocols
• including DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, TCP/IP, UDP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, ACL’s, LDAP etc.
• Maintains familiarity with wireless security and ensure wireless network security is deployed.
• Project implementation – responsible WI-FI/LTE/NG-RAN network equipment design, commissioning, integration,

quotation and technical support during network/feature deployment or swap
• Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or together with a support section
• Identify key project and customer requirements and coordinate with product planning management and engineering to
ensurethat these requirements are implemented in the products.
• Liaison with local and field engineering team members and contracted vendors in order to maintain immediate response
to critical requirements and issues impacting school instruction and testing resulting from monitoring and analysis of
current data within the wireless system.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting existing wireless networks to identify issues and resolve problems.
• Ability to perform Surveys.
• Ability to use the Wireless inspection and performance tools (meters, analyzer’s, frequency scanners).
• Must have area of knowledge in microwave networks and technologies that includes installation, commissioning and
optimization of microwave links such as (C-band, ka-band, E-band).
• Design and validate the performance, quality, and reliability of the RF Network Elements.
• Make sure that all equipment, including servers and the other network products, are well-connected.
• Work with security team to evaluate threats, troubleshoot issues, and comply with appropriate security
• configuration standards of their organizations.
• Proactively handle all network security issues and propose the suitable solutions.
• Able to diagnostic and use validation tools to assess and adjust the network equipment.
• Installation & Commissioning of wireless RAN equipment: BSC/RNC/BTS/ NodeB/ eNodeB/NR
• Submitting periodic reports regarding the involved projects which includes tasks status, blocking points, risks highlights.
• Any other tasks required of him in his field of work based on his area of knowledge.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above Major in Telecommunications Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in Wireless Project delivery including but not limited to Wireless Network
Optimization and Operation and Maintenance.
• Have the Data Communication Background and the knowledge of routing protocols such as (OSPF, EIGRP, etc).
• Familiar with Network Signaling Data Communication MBB Network configuration.
• Able to Identify Network Faults and Familiar with troubleshooting Wireless Network issues that frequently arise.
• Good knowledge of MBB Networks and the mainstream technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, OSS, SA&NSA 5G etc.).
• Good knowledge in the fields of Mobile Core technology BSC, MGW, SPC.
• Has strong intellectual curiosity and interest in communications technologies.
• Proficient with MS Software Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project.
• The ability to prepare administrative and technical reports professionally.
• Able to work under pressure and deal with multiple requests.
• The ability to prioritize business, organize time and manage crises.
• The ability to execute solutions and provide proper plans to support decision makers.
• Good manners, honesty and good Communication Skills in dealing with others.
• Self-motivated and able to build a successfully team environment.
• Fluent in English Language
