Role objectives | RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Maintain the log of migrants with TB: base line information, periodic nutritional assessment and recording, supply of the RUTH and BP5 supplies (based on the internally agreed guidelines). · Maintain daily logs of patients assessed for TB, follow-up results, and treatment outcomes in coordination with medical teams, referral officers, and NCDC branches. The information includes the demographic details, investigation findings (as per the NTP protocol) and outcomes. · Conduct regular follow up of every TB cases notified to the NCDC for the treatment and care and notify the supervisor for addressing any barriers faced by migrants in accessing TB control and management. · Coordinate day-to-day logistical arrangements for the project and also provide logistical support for TB screening campaigns in detention centers and urban locations based on the MHD programmatic need. · Liase with the store manager for maintaining the record of the available RUTF supplies for the TB patients and ensure the migrants receive timely support. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES · Manage and maintain programmatic data based on internal and reporting requirements. · Maintain accurate logs and records of all data and logistical activities. · Provide logistical support while organizing capacity-building activities for healthcare workers, ensuring adherence to national and international TB guidelines, and contribute to policy and protocol development. · Perform other duties as assigned to support TB prevention and care among migrants. |
