Location: Hay Al-Andalus, Tripoli, Libya

Employment Type: Full-time (in-office)

Job Description: Diwan Group is looking for a graphic designer with experience and passion for creating visually appealing and innovative designs. The designer will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, visual identities, and digital designs.

Responsibilities:

• Designing various marketing and advertising materials (both print and digital).
• Creating comprehensive visual identities for brands.
• Designing websites and mobile applications.
• Producing motion graphics and short animations.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure project goals are being achieved.
• Presenting new and innovative creative ideas.
• Adhering to deadlines and managing time efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Previous experience working with advertising agencies or media companies is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Strong skills in creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with other teams and clients.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Submit a portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates skills and creativity.
• A good understanding of the media industry.
