Production Supervisor

Safi national for oil and energy services advertising to recruit for the vacancy of Production Supervisor position, please check the below responsibilities & task:

PURPOSE

Ø  Head of section for Production department.

Ø  Coordinates and directs all process & Wells related production and maintenance (Up to level 1) tasks on board the facilities.

Ø  responsible for managing the allocated equipment and personnel resources in order to ensure that the production activities are carried out and coordinated in compliance with the agreed specifications and standards.

Ø  Daily & weekly with monthly HSE meetings related to production activities.

Ø  Member of EMC team for emergency cases with assist the site manager for the process feedback & finding.

Ø  Auditing workers for implementing safe operations as per procedures.

Main Functions

Ø  Operating authority for the platform.

Ø  Ensuring safe working conditions.

Ø  Issue work permits & work orders for process operation.

Ø  Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports using PDS & MMS and GMS and SD reports.

Ø  Involved, in close cooperation with the Maintenance Supervisor for all maintenance related activities on the process of Platform.

Ø  Issue & update procedures & instruction for production department.

Ø  Involved, in close cooperation with the Supervisor for all operation related activities.

Ø  Planning of all maintenance tasks in close cooperation with Maintenance Dept. to ensure no conflicting activities

Ø  Responsible for production optimization & implementation of Wells operating strategies

Ø  Ensures Wells testing and other wells related instructions are done as per Reservoir planning.

Ø  Responsible for the job training & assessment of personnel.

Ø  Follow up the lab results & instruct Lab tech for good operation as per client policy requirements.

Ø  Ordering spare parts which concerned process & Wells.

Ø  Preventive and Routine mechanical maintenance (Up to level 1):

• process equipment.
• Platform utilities.

Qualification

Ø  DCS operating systems

Ø  Minimum 5 years’ process experience

Ø  Fluent in English.
