– Summary:  interfacing with major national and international customers to prepare Commercial and Technical proposals.

Responsibility

1- Review of tender and requisitions documents on receipt to insure its completeness.

2-organize/ take part in bid initiation and review meeting.

3- ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission.

4-company ordinate and follow-up to ensuring post bid clarifications are addressed.

5-all in-house co-ordination for preparation of customer requisition including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors.

6- clear-understanding of work scope and best estimation with respect to execution of projects, requisitions as well.

7-responsible for review/preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

Recruitment requirements.

-High level of  English language.

– communication & organization skills.

– Attention to detail.

-good Grammar and technical report writing skills

-Only who have experience in the field of oil and gas.

– ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-The applicant must be a young person with the ability to communicate and strategic thinking.

-The work daily from Saturday to Thursday Except Friday and public holidays.

Salary start from 3000 LD to 5000 LD
