Job Description
Location: Tripoli.

Working hour: Sunday –Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Annual leave: 30 days /annum.
Contract: As per the Libyan law.

Tax & Social Media: As per the Libyan law.

Duties & Responsibility:
• Technical account manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs.
• Able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
• Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Report on product performance from technical perspective, issues, bugs, fixes, enhancements.
• Provide technical pre-sales presentation.
• Offer the off shelf products & technology for TTP.

• Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.

• Tracking account metrics.
• Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others.
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Computer literate and the ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated to prioritize the tasks.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
• The will and ability to learn.
• Commitment to work and attendance.

Qualifications & Key Capabilities:
• Degree in Business and Marketing or a related field.
• 4 years’ experience with presales.
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept to multitask.
• the ability to research and keep on top of industry developments.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
