Job Description

• To present a quotation to the following services
  Personal Development (PD) Consultant to provide support to Cesvi staff in Misrata throughout
  2021 in order to mainstream a qualitative resilience approach throughout its protection
  programming in Libya. The PD Consultant will engage with the national staff members based in
  Misrata and to make them aware / remind them of the stressful nature of their job and to
  encourage them to develop and use strategies for self-care, managing the stress and pressures
  in their lives by promoting positive thinking and effective coping skills. The activities will be
  tailored to around 50 staff members, all of them Arabic speakers.
  Expected Outcomes:
   Identify personnel signs of stress,
   Provide them with self-care strategies,
   Promote teamwork and self-empathy,
   Provide staff with conflict resolution skills,
   Successfully support staff well-being.
• Organize and conduct 03 workshops for field staff on self-care at the Misrata office and Baity Center between April/May and December 2021, and provide a brief report on them.
• Provide individual counselling sessions (up to three sessions) to around 35 staff members for 05 months (between June and November 2021).
• Provide a comprehensive final report of the workshops and individual counselling
  sessions conducted, listing the number of participants per session, topic covered, feedback of participants, lesson learned and recommendations related to staff well-being, by mid-December 2021.
