Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and operations, preferably with experience in shipping or freight forwarding companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of all processes.
• Manage and optimize logistics, including shipping, inventory, and warehousing.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align operations with business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, with a preference for experience in shipping or logistics companies.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
