Job Title: operations coordinator-Junior
Sigma for business planning and execution is currently looking for a male operations coordinator who can represent our company to our audiences and promote our image by organizing and overseeing operations activities and ensuring effective communication with Potential Customers and audience.

Operations coordinator responsibilities and duties:
Collaborate and maintain an open communication with internal teams (e.g. marketing).
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
Attending business related events such as press conferences, exhibitions, tours and visits…
writing and producing presentations.
Prepare and submit PR reports.
Ensure the logistics office needs
May also be required to carry out other, more general, marketing responsibilities.
Will be available at the office at the appointed working hours 9:00- 4:00.

Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.
Fluent in English language.
Good Research and Presentation Skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (good speaker)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
