Operation Manager

Job Description

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.

Job Requirements

• To manage a range of medical services
•  Deliver a range of objectives and performance indicators
•  Ensure systems are in place to monitor and evaluate performance against service objectives
•  Prepare and annually update service development plans
• Keep abreast of current affairs and identify potential threats and opportunities
•  Develop and maintain effective communication both within the services and with relevant
  outside agencies
•  Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities and
  making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the team’s performance and service expansion
