Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team, responsible for managing and maintaining the TSIC network infrastructure. In this role, you will provide first and second-level technical support, monitor network devices, and ensure the security and performance of our systems. You will also design, configure, and implement network solutions for new customers while continuously optimizing the existing infrastructure for reliability and efficiency. Working closely with other IT team members, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, a CCNA certification, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the TSIC network infrastructure.
• Provide first and second-level technical support.
• Monitor network devices and systems, reporting and resolving incidents.
• Coordinate with service providers to address technical issues.
• Design, configure, and implement network solutions for new customers.
• Configure, secure, update, and upgrade network devices and systems.
• Enhance the existing network infrastructure to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure network security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other IT team members to optimize system efficiency.
• Prepare and present technical reports to management.
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of experience in an ISP environment.
• CCNA certification required; CCNP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN,
firewall).
• Proficiency in network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, network monitoring
tools).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
