Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Medical Representative Supervisor to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. You’ll monitor and guide Medical Representatives, conduct training, organize promotional events, and ensure activities align with company strategies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct double visits (minimum 60% fieldwork) to assess and train the team.

Develop and verify effective visit plans for customer groups.

Motivate the team using incentives and provide market feedback to the Country Manager.

Ensure proper use of promotional materials and compliance with ethical codes.

Monitor and report on market dynamics and team performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.

Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
