Medical Representative (Female) – Natural Contraception Device

Job Description:

A newly established biotechnology company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Medical Representative to join our team for an innovative medical project focused on natural contraception. The ideal candidate will have a background in gynecology or pharmacy, with experience working in the field of gynecology products.

Responsibilities:

Engage with gynecologists and healthcare professionals to promote and educate them about our natural contraception device.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and medical institutions within the gynecology field.
Coordination with the different product team members.
Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the product, including its efficacy, benefits, and usage guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and market penetration.
Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to represent the company and showcase the natural contraception device.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
Collect and analyze data on product performance, customer satisfaction, and market dynamics to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

Degree in Medicine (preferably in gynecology) or Pharmacy.
Previous experience in medical sales, preferably in the field of gynecology or women’s health.
Strong understanding of gynecological products, procedures, and treatment protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence healthcare professionals.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
