Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping La Porta Di Roma’s brand narrative and fostering customer engagement. Leveraging their expertise in marketing strategy and campaign execution, they will lead the development and implementation of impactful initiatives across various channels, including digital marketing, social media engagement, and brand storytelling. This role is essential in achieving key departmental objectives, including elevating brand awareness, generating excitement for La Porta Di Roma’s offerings, and cultivating lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Brand Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, preferences, and trends. Develop a compelling brand identity that aligns with La Porta Di Roma’s core values and resonates with the target audience.
  1. Marketing Planning & Execution:
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with departmental and company objectives, detailing tactics, channels (website, social media, mobile application, etc.), and timelines to achieve brand goals.
  • Lead and implement planned marketing tactics, including website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, online advertising, and mobile app marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies for targeted reach across all channels.
  1. Content & Brand Consistency:
  • Develop engaging and strategic content that resonates with the target audience, fosters brand loyalty, and builds lasting customer relationships.
  • Define and maintain a clear brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing materials and touchpoints to establish a strong and recognizable brand presence.
  1. Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing them with guidance and support to achieve campaign goals and other marketing efforts.
  • Lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media campaigns, online advertising, and mobile app marketing.
  • Regularly evaluate campaign performance across all channels, including the mobile app, using data to identify areas for improvements, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and achieve desired goals.
  1. Innovation & Collaboration:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance La Porta Di Roma’s brand presence and drive increased awareness and preference.
  • Collaborate closely with creative agencies and key internal teams (Sales, IT & Ecommerce, Product Sourcing & Procurement and other relevant departments) to ensure all campaign messaging aligns with brand strategy and departmental goals.
  1. Public & Media Relations:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive public relations and media strategy to enhance La Porta Di Roma’s brand reach and reputation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC), specifically within the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with luxury retail consumers.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools relevant to the luxury retail industry (e.g., CRM, social media management platforms).
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders within the retail sector.
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and the ability to integrate online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Passion for luxury products and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
