Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Marketing Assistant will provide technical support for retail department at the majority of marketing areas, which shall ensure effective tasks follow-up and proper finalization. All tasks and duties of the Marketing assistant shall be conducted under direct direction and supervision of the retail manager. Assistance, support and follow-up duties shall include the following:

1. Marketing activities planning and budgeting according to company needs.
2. Receiving marketing materials (CDs) from brands suppliers.
3. Take the required actions to complete printing process related to the marketing materials.
4. Ensure that all marketing posters and signs are fixed at the intended locations at stores based on the requirements of the retail department.
5. Keep and update data related to the dimensions and design of stores which will impact the visual marketing in stores
6. Events , advertisement and media planning
7. Social media (Elaf facebook, twitter etc.) management
8. Customers database management.
9. Involvement in company identity design and Creating a clean tidy work environment
10. SMS notice management according to the requirements of the retail department
11. Marketing data entry , data analysis ,and reports preparation

Job Requirements

1. Good knowledge in marketing concepts and tactics
2. Previous involvement in marketing activities related to organization identity design , advertisement and media planning
3. Good skills in Social media administration
4. Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
5. Strong written and oral communication skills
