Activities |
||||
· Follow up ongoing activities and ensure the related manpower movement status and changes such as (new recruitment, promotions, terminations, resignations transfers, secondees, unpaid leave, etc) is updated in a timely manner. · Assist in the design of strategic manpower plans. · Prepare statistical manpower database as required for the departments’ status report. · Responsible in the collection, compilation and analysis of relevant data to be used in the annual manpower planning exercise, i.e. manpower chart, budget, etc. · Contribute in the HR System as a key user for processing and reviewing manpower data and ensure the database are accurate and updated · Maintain the filing system of the Manpower Planning section and ensure that they are properly documented/filed and also their confidentiality are well maintained at all time. · Review the Company organizational structures in line with the overall objectives of the organization. · Update the manpower organizational chart periodically. · Review and verify manpower data against the approved organization chart, highlights the pending cases and reports to the Coordinator as necessary. · Provide management with manpower analysis and reports to reflect planned needs and requirements of manpower · Generate standard reports from systems and producing documents such as database, spreadsheet, and graphic for presentations complying with the directives given. · Prepare executive summary of using the comparison tables to the Management Committee to approve the new organization charts of the company. · Conduct periodic studies on a specific functional area. · Cross-functional contribution in EIA campaign and annual merit increase process. · Ensure data integrity and data quality by developing quality control processes, executing them, and designing improvements. · Participate to the job analysis and job evaluation process. · Perform any other related duties as assigned. |

Qualifications / experience required | ||||
1- High-diploma or A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or equivalent
2- At least (5) years of experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources and manpower planning. |
