Duties & Responsibilities

 To organize the Maintenance Department managing the Utility Section, Process Section, Packaging Section, Water Treatment Plant, Forklift Workshop and Industrial Services such as Welding and Fabrications Units and Factory Electrical Units

12. To oversee the installation, commissioning and repair of New and Current Machines and equipment
13. To return to factory and supervise the big breakdowns maintenance work of any critical equipment and machines critical to production
14. To set meeting for each Maintenance Section on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis for the current overall conditions and status of each section machineries and equipment
15. To make routine inspections on each Maintenance Sections Offices, facilities and workshops and ensure that all are organized there are no fire hazards from any source
16. To make Preventive Maintenance plans with each maintenance section heads ahead of time and ensure the needed tools, materials, spare parts and manpower are all available
17. To coordinate with Overseas and Local purchasing relating to the ordering and control of spare parts cost savings and usage
18. To contact and communicate to external agents that will be working under Maintenance Department and submit the proposals and updated work reports to higher management
19. To innovate, improve, and upgrade the factory machineries and equipment to meet the higher management production target
20. To coordinate with Production Manager, Quality Manager on daily basis relating to productivity and risk management
21. To coordinate and follow Safety Department policies and support to have better workable environment specifically during high risk maintenance work

Job Requirements

1. Must be a college graduate in any fields of engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial
2. Must have 13 years or above in Maintenance Management in Milk and Juice manufacturing
3. Can read and write fluently in English and Arabic languages
4. With good computer skills, clear in reporting, and communication capabilities
5. Understand Mechanical, Electrical and Piping diagrams
6. With good experience and understand the principles of Utility Equipment, Process Equipment, and Production Machineries
7. Preferably with knowledge in Power Transformers, High Voltage Devices, Industrial Scale UPS and Power Stabilizers, Caterpillar Generators, Sabroe Ammonia Compressors, Atlas Copco Air Compressors, Boilers, RO Water Treatments, Waste Water Treatment, SPX Matrix Valves and SCADA Systems, Milk and Juice mixers, and SIG Combibloc or Tetra Pak, PET lines and Intelligent Warehouse System.
