Job Overview
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Apply the manufacturer’s installation and maintenance instructions, installing mechanical and electrical equipment according to diagrams, operational manuals, and specifications. After completing maintenance procedures, request quotes, extract parts from the warehouse until they are delivered to the customer, and follow up on the tax process with the receipt of payment.
• Evaluate routine malfunctioning conditions, and initiate and perform repairs.
• Carrying out pre-installation preparations.
• perform routine preventive maintenance
• collaborate with supervisor in obtaining assignments and inspections on externally run projects
•Provide remote call pre-qualification and attempt remote fixes wherever possible.
• Training customers and technicians on equipment after device installation is complete.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers.
•Sending a report on the maintenance work completed weekly to the team leader
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Fresh graduation from the field of electrical or mechanical engineering or network maintenance
• Excellent skill in MS Excel & MS Word.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships, with own team, colleagues, members, Suppliers, and partners.
• Planning abilities and ability to prioritize in delivering tasks on time.
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
• A diploma in Electronics, Electromechanics, Biomedical Engineering Technology or equivalent preferred
• Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem-solving;
• The ability to plan and organize your work own effectively, and to work with minimal direction;
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills – you can deal with differences of opinion tactfully and effectively;
• Good English is required.
