LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Fixed Term contract (3 months renewable, starting July) in Zuwara

Main Accountabilities

• Monitoring maintenance activities of infrastructures

• Management of non-medical stocks and equipment and follow-up orders

• Ensuring the check and follow-up of facilities, the vehicle fleet maintenance, monitoring the consumption of mechanical and electrical vehicles/machines/devices

• Coordinating and leading the logistics team under his/her responsibility

• Providing technical support to the storekeeper and Instructing and monitoring drivers on correct driving habits and standard checks

• Managing local purchases according to procedures

• Ensure reception condition of arriving material as well as the organization and setting up of materials before its shipment

MSF SECTION / CONTEXT SPECIFIC Accountabilities

· Facilities management

· Fleet management of vehicles, generators and engines within the project scope.

· Managing communication system

· The planning and management of waste, water and power for all facilities

· Managing Inventory and tools.

· Coordination with logistic department for movement between project, and security follow up of the context.

Requirements

Education	Essential secondary education and formal technical training. & Diploma in technical family (construction engineering, communications or equivalent professional experience.
Experience	At least one year in MSF or 2 years in a similar post out of MSF.
Languages	English and Arabic essential; Amazigh desirable.
Knowledges	Essential computer literacy (word, excel)
