Job Description

• To manage the process of supply of services, equipment and materials to assets and projects to contract specification, schedule, HSE standards, price and terms and conditions.
  • Follows-up orders with clients /contractors from PO issuance until full reception of material.
  • Expedite PO/SO to achieve delivery within agreed time frame, monitor closely progress to ensure fulfilment of ordered specifications.
  • Manages the clearance of material, prepares non- objection letters and duty exemption letters.
  • Responsible of the contractual and commercial part of the contracts ensuring the economic optimization and the protection of the subsidiary interests.
  • Receives and checks material when the delivery location is the main office.
  • Issues necessary documents for dispatch to end users or Logistics Base(s).
  • Makes sure that all material received are with necessary certifications. Special attention is given to safety material in order to ensure all safety requirements such as testing, certifications; identifications, etc. are fully compliant with company requirements and local government regulations.
