Location: Tripoli Office

Nationality: Libyan

Performing purchase orders for all raw materials and equipment and all the different requirements for managing the business with the required specifications and at the specified time, directly communicating with the local market and following all purchase order directives from the procurement coordinator.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or high school.
• No less than 3 years of news in local procurement and dealing with the local market.
• Driving License.

Job Description:

• Executing plans for local procurement at the Procurement Department.
• Executing purchase orders received by him, as well as all work orders within the limits of his work.
• Suggesting improvements, remedial and preventive measures that improve work performance.
• Executing all tasks requested by the procurement coordinator within the limits of work in the Procurement Department.
• Submit a weekly report to the Procurement Manager to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, along with the reason.
• All of the foregoing must be done according to the official procedure approved by the Procurement Department.
• Ensures the purchase and delivery of purchases as per the purchase requisition with the required materials at the right time at the right price.
