Qualification | Master’s in Master’s degree, in law, migration studies or social sciences (essential). |
Sector experience | Minimum of A minimum of 5 years of work experience working as legal specialist, on labour laws and migration issues in Libya. year/s of demonstrable relevant legal professional services experience (essential). Minimum of Experience drafting legal reviews, preferably related to regularization. year/s of demonstrable relevant legal experience (essential). Minimum of Excellent drafting and presentation skills; including previous experience providing insights on public speaking. year/s of demonstrable relevant Administrative experience (essential). Minimum of Good understanding of labour migration policies and existing good practices, in Libya context is an advantage year/s of demonstrable relevant Law experience (desirable).
