2. JOB PURPOSE:

To manage, coordinate and provide legal and compliance services to the Company in order to protect its interests and avoid any possible legal consequences.

Function  
1. To review of all relevant laws and regulations applicable to MOO and ensure compliance with them.  

 
2.To ensure that MOO activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures.  

 

 
3. To ensure that all regulatory permissions remain valid  

 
4.To review and develop a compliance and due diligence procedures for selecting suppliers and contractors.  

 
5.Prepare compliance checklists and regular compliance reports.  
6. To review all documents that have legal implications for MOO.  

 
7. Any relevant tasks.  
5. Qualifications, experience and competencies
Skills and competencies: -Good understanding of laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.

-Understanding of the Company’s activities.

-The ability to demonstrate the understanding to improve compliance within the Company.

-Good management skills.
Years of Experience Required: 10 Years with at least 5 years compliance experience. Type of required experience: Legal & compliance services.
Educational Level Required: Bachelor’s degree in Law Major: Law
