- Position Overview
The Executive Director (ED) will provide strategic leadership and operational management for AL-Irtikaz Company. The ED will oversee the development and implementation of training programs and consulting services, ensuring they meet market needs and contribute to the company’s growth and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
Ensure alignment of training and consulting services with market demands.
- Marketing and Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including public and private sector entities.
- Program Management
Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs and consulting services.
Ensure programs are effective, relevant, and aligned with client needs.
- Financial Management
Prepare and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
Identify funding opportunities and manage grant applications.
- Reporting and Evaluation
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs and services.
Prepare reports on program outcomes and financial performance for stakeholders.
- Community Engagement
Foster relationships with community organizations and institutions to enhance collaboration.
Promote the company’s mission and services within the community.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary spokesperson for AL-Irtikaz Company.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and public events.
- Qualifications
- Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in educational program management, training.
Proven track record in leadership roles, with experience in business development and partnership cultivation.
