JOB DESCRIPTION DESTAILS                                                                               

IT Supporter is responsible and accountable for the implementation, maintaining and smooth running of the company electronic operation system within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. This shall include:

• Managing information technology and computer systems
• Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations

Responsibilities and Rules:

• Ensure the provision of the IT support and resources according to the business needs and to ensure effective and smooth operation of the retail departments and other supportive departments. Special attention to be given to the following main processes:

• Goods receiving
• Stock transfer (Out slip, In slip, GDN, GRN)
• Selling process (POS)
• Items master data management
• Shipment file data management
• Connectivity between different locations servers and main server
• Data management and system updating according to the related operational activities and changes (New shipment, pricing, price change, sale campaign …etc.)
• Stock tracking
• Generation of the required reports according to the departments needs

• Direct management related to the IT aspects improvement projects, especially that related to the ERP system establishment and implementation (ERP Project Manager)
• Conduct comprehensive and detailed risk analysis related to information and IT operations enhanced with solid information security management system
• Establish improvement and corrective action plans according to the results of the risk analysis
• Establishment of IT policies and procedures according to the business needs and according to the results of the IT risk analysis
• Establishment of solid and  comprehensive data backup system
• Act in alignment with departments needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Manage troubleshooting effectively and conduct and effective corrective action plans
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

• Monitoring and evaluation of department performance and take the required actions including processes improvement and staff training
• Conduct training and awareness plans for department staff related to the department operation system , quality requirements and HR policies
• Directly manage the implementation of the corrective actions related to the department
• Contribute in the LP risk analysis process
• Conduct department data analysis and prepare performance reports as required.
