Role Overview:
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support senior bankers in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic initiatives. The role involves financial modeling, preparing presentations, and performing in-depth market analysis to assist in executing client transactions. Experience in Sukuks and bonds is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and build financial models to support advisory and capital-raising efforts.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials.
• Perform market, industry, and company research to identify potential opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to manage client relationships and execute transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in Sukuks and bonds is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
