Main Responsabilités المهام الرئيسية
• Managing the accounts of clients contracted to provide integrated systems
• Act as a link between the integrated systems provider and contracted customers to answer any inquiries or customized requests.
• Continuous communication with the integrated systems provider and follow-up updates
• Develop short- and long-term training plans
• Attending meetings with project managers in contracted companies and targeted companies
• Preparing and presenting the necessary training materials for integrated systems
• Preparing, scheduling and implementing training courses for clients and company employees
• Schedule and attend introductory meetings with potential integrated systems clients
• Researching and surveying competitors and competing products in the market and preparing reports on them
• Preparing presentations and presenting them to target customers
• Preparing technical offers for target customers
• Providing assistance and advice to various departments regarding integrated systems
• Managing customer accounts in relation to integrated systems • إدارة حسابات الزبائن المتعاقد معهم لتوفير المنظومات المتكاملة
• العمل كحلقة وصل بين مزود المنظومات المتكاملة والزبائن المتعاقد معهم للإجابة على أي استفسارات أو طلبات مخصصة.
• التواصل المستمر مع مزود المنظومات المتكاملة ومتابعة التحديثات
• وضع خطط التدريب على المدي القصير والطويل
• حضور الإجتماعات مع مديري المشاريع في الشركات المتعاقد معها والشركات المستهدفة
• إعداد وتقديم المواد التدريبية اللازمة للمنظومات المتكاملة
• إعداد وجدولة وتنفيذ الدورات التدريبية للعملاء وموظفي الشركة
• القيام بجدولة وحضور الإجتماعات التعريفية مع زبائن المنظومات المتكاملة المحتملين
• البحث والاستقصاء عن المنافسين والمنتجات المنافسة في السوق وإعداد التقارير عنها
• إعداد العروض التقديمة وتقديمها للزبائن المستهدفين
• إعداد العروض الفنية للزبائن المستهدفين
• تقديم المساعدة والمشورة للإدارات المختلفة فيما يتعلق بالمنظومات المتكاملة
• إدارة حسابات الزبائن فيما يتعلق بالمنظومات المتكاملة

Required Skills مؤهلات شغل الوظيفة
High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Project Management with a background in programming and integrated systems دبلوم عالي أو بكالوريوس في مجال تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة المشاريع مع خلفية على البرمجة والمنظومات المتكاملة
