Information Managment Officer

The Free Fields Foundation (3F) is a Libyan Mine Action NGO based in Tripoli, Libya.

Candidate must be:

• Libyan nationality
• Fresh graduate
• English speaker
• Soft & technical skills are required

Responsibility :

• The IMO is responsible for ensuring that all activities are reported into IMSMA as required.
• ensure the proper storage of information and original copies of activities in both soft and hard copy.
• conduct regular quality assurance on reports received from field teams to ensure that all information received is complete and correct.
• support 3F to develop communications and visibility products including presentations, brochures, maps, etc, especially where graphic design is required.
• support in writing periodic reports as per donor requirements, especially in reporting against Results frameworks and expected targets.
