Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ICT Technical Support at Libyan Wings Airlines. The ICT Technical Support will be responsible for providing Technical Support to employees, should also provide excellent customer support to ensure a positive experience for all employees.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering / information technology University. or equivalent years of experience for non-graduate skilled people
- (Optional) Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+ or similar
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Technical Support skills
- Experience in troubleshooting computers
- Printers (regular daily troubleshooting support)
- Supporting users, according to ICT department policy
- Strong customer support skills
- Excellent problem-solving
Soft Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- The ability to move between company branches
- Organization & time management skills
- A good team player
Working days:
- Sunday to Thursday.
- 08:30am to 16:30pm (flexibility timing to move between the company branches).
