Job description:

We are looking for an engineer with previous experience working in the HVAC industry, he would be carrying tasks such as visiting the project sites, analyzing the site, creating the HVAC equipment lists according to the design considerations and the customer requirements, afterword’s he will start working on the detailed plan of the project and managing the delivery of the HVAC equipment and installation requirements, then supervising the technicians according to the created plans, while keeping contact with stack holders and third-party contractors to ensure smooth progress in all aspects of the project, until the equipment is thoroughly tested and the project is finally delivered.

Core Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Heating and cooling load calculation for the projects.
• Providing a product list for the projects based on the loads.
• Confirming the delivery of the products to the working site.
• Selecting the most ideal installation positions for the equipment.
• Designing the copper pipes (gas, refrigerant) and the water drain networks.
• Supervising the progress of the projects.
• Creating the required reports for stakeholders and third-party contractors from other fields.
• Maintaining an organized system of documentation.
• Performing other tasks when requested.

Required Qualifications/ Experience:

Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.

Experience:

• One year of experience in HVAC design (Load calculation, equipment selection, ….).
• Two years of experience in HVAC insulation.

Skills:

• MS Office is a must (word, excel, ….).
• Autodesk AutoCAD is a must.
• Autodesk Revit is a plus.

Languages:

–      Working knowledge in Arabic and English is a must.
